SINGLE STONES
A single stone is made for one person. It usually includes;
* the persons first and last name
* dates of birth and death
* description - a sense of what that person was, such as "beloved husband" , "dearly loved mother", and so on
* Hebrew name (includes his/her father's Hebrew name)
* a short epitaph like "forever in our hearts"
In some cemeteries it’s permitted to put an emblem. If the deceased was a doctor you can put a doctor's emblem if he was an artist you could put a paate with brushes, and so on.
Size, finish, shape and color of a monument depend on the regulation of the cemetery and the society where the person is buried.
